Next up! Do you find yourself maintaining a separate comment document you copy and paste from? Why not add an extension to your Google Docs called "Comment Bank"? Close a tab and insert comments right from the document where you are providing feedback!

(Note, will not work in Schoology...will need to open in a Google Doc environment).

Keep your group project organized (and color-coded!) with customizable drop-down menus. Help teach your students time management skills while encouraging clear communication between all team members.

Do you know how you access this menu? That's right! The good ol' @ symbol once again. Use a premade drop-down set or quickly and easily create your own from the same menu.

🎶 On the 6th day of November Break, my Edtech Team gave me...a way to streamline my hyperlinks! 🎶

The @ symbol does it again. Type the @ symbol anywhere in your Google Doc to pull up recent documents and easily link them right into your notes/project.

No more searching your drive, finding the share link, navigating between tabs...the @ is truly a whole new world of possibilities!

Making your Google document Pageless allows for easy scrolling especially if your Google doc includes a lot of tables, charts, and images.
